Drop-In Programs

3D30® workout integrates strength and cardio training to build muscle, burn calories, and improve agility. Revolutionize your whole body using Loaded Movement Training in this three-dimensional experience. Dynamic music drives the energetic 30-minute workout with athletic movements and phases of high-intensity interval training. Train the way the body was designed to move with 3D30 Workout. IT’S LOADED!

Active Agers
Join us for this fun and informative program designed specifically for those 50 plus. Cardio, Resistance, Stretching and Balancing components will be included. The program will be designed to meet the needs and abilities of the participants in a supportive and motivational atmosphere.

This class is a combined shallow and deep aquafit, which will be led in the large pool. Participants are encouraged to stay at a depth which they feel comfortable exercising in.

Gentle Joints
Gentle Joints This class is for people looking for a light, low impact, joint-friendly workout. You will improve your core strength, endurance, range of motion, flexibility and balance. Gentle Joints is a great class for those looking to ease into physical activity or individuals managing a chronic health condition as it follows a gentler pace. The class is held in the shallow water, so all swimmers are welcome!

Group Active
Activate your life in only 1 hour! Feeling fitter, stronger and more alive has never been more achievable or more enjoyable. Incorporating all elements of fitness, Group Active will increase your cardiovascular fitness, build your strength and improve balance and flexibility. All in a supportive group environment, with motivating music and caring instructors. Get more out of life - Get Active!

Group Power 
Group Power® is your hour of power! This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors. With simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, press, and curls, Group Power is for all ages and fitness levels. Discover results, discover Group Power!

Group Ride
Group Ride® is a huge calorie burner that builds great-looking legs! It’s a 60-minute cycling experience brought indoors. Roll over hills, chase the pack, spin the flats, climb mountains, and sprint to the finish! Feel the thrill of energetic music and group dynamics as you get all the benefits of authentic interval training. RIDE ON!

Move30® will have you feeling and moving better in only 30 minutes! Build movement health by mastering the fundamental patterns that encompass everything you do in life. Grow your movement confidence with expert coaching, motivating music, and a supportive group environment that will help you succeed. MOVE FOR LIFE!

R30®  will get you fitter and feeling better in only 30 minutes. It’s a cardio workout that's as easy as riding a bike. Inspiring music and motivating coaching will get you to burn calories, improve muscular endurance, and build cardio fitness as you ride with surges, short intervals, power, and end with a rush. EVERYONE FINISHES FIRST!

Each workout is an intense full body workout that combines both strength and cardio training. Workouts are engaging, interactive and competitive, while fostering a non-intimidating and welcoming environment.

Techniques focus on posture, breathing and meditation. Participants will gain strength and flexibility, while teaching mind and body relaxation. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats. Come join us for the class. There’s no need to register!

Y Turf Time
This 45 minute drop-in workout on the turf will give you exercises you can do right on the turf! Use a wide variety of our equipment to add to your workout, and kick your fitness level up a notch.

*Tai Chi Level 1
An introduction to the Traditional Yang Long Form, this class will focus on the principles of mindfulness, body alignment for balance and stability, proper weight transfer for fluid motion. The first 19 of the 108 moves will be taught. Cost is altered per the number of weeks in the class. 

*Tai Chi Level 2
A progression class after Level 1, challenging your skills and abilities while improving and preparing to further master all components of Tai Chi. You will progress to 56 moves.

*Line Dancing Level 1 and Level 2
You know the steps, the lingo, love to dance, stay fit and have a great time! Each class begins with a warm up from some golden oldies, then moves through reviewing recent dances; next, learn a new dance. Program cost and number of classes varies depending on session chosen.
