Open Gym (13+)
Open gym is open for participation of any activity that does not require set up. Come join us. There’s no need to register!

Teen Night
Between the ages of 13-24 yrs? Join us for complimentary teen night and stay active every Friday night! Don’t forget to sign in at membership, eat your snacks and drinks in the atrium, and use our lockers free of charge.

Learn more about how youth can get involved and get engaged!

Check out our Youth Soccer and Youth Basketball times. Come in and get in a quick game of soccer, or shoot some hoops right after school. See our Program Schedule for dates and times.

Spectrum Programs (Registered but FREE for members)

Digital Photography
Great photographs require an understanding of the camera. Learn skills such as altering view, focus, background, and definition.

Vegetarian Cooking
Are you interested in learning more about eating a vegetarian diet, or just want some new recipes to make for your family on Meatless Mondays? We will make meat-free snacks and meals with a focus on fresh ingredients and using proteins such as beans, dairy, eggs, and quinoa.

Cooking 101
This course will provide youth with an opportunity to explore the kitchen and learn how to make healthy meals with their peers. Learn about food safety and basic cooking techniques.

Teen Guitar
This program is for the beginner. All the basics are taught, including technique for strumming patterns, finger picking patterns, major and minor chords, chord charts, and tablature reading.
